The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 to 5 business days for the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, and main cities, up to 9 business days for other destinations. Cost of delivery

The shipping cost will be between $12,500 and $20,000 pesos depending on the volume of the package.

This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of order settlement, before you make payment.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If we cannot supply any product in your order, due to lack of stock or inventory of any of the selected references, WeedGreen® may, at its discretion, cancel the order and/or only deliver the products for which there is availability. Naturally, we will tell you immediately and your money will be refunded to the payment method through which you placed your order as soon as possible. It is important to clarify that the products offered by us may be out of stock, however we will always do our best to satisfactorily fulfill your order or offer you alternatives with substitute or similar products.

Delivery periods are simple references provided by the carriers we normally use, for this reason, they are not considered delivery deadlines. The fact that for any reason a delivery period is exceeded in your order, there is no compensation of any kind, since as established above, transportation and its conditions are beyond our control. PRODUCT PACKAGING

By making purchases through this means, you are accepting that the products that we are going to ship to you are packaged and sent in a secure plastic bag, or in a cardboard box, as long as these meet the necessary conditions for the conservation and proper transportation of the product. .

HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE?

To make an exchange of a product purchased at www.weedgreen.com:

The change can be made by size (as long as there is availability)
If you want to exchange for another reference, it must have had the same value as the one you purchased (considering your discount).
If it is a completely different product from the one you purchased, the value of your purchase will be considered in your favor and you will be able to pay the surplus for the new reference.

To carry out the return process, the product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transportation process.

To make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, with labels and tags. Changes of products for personal use (socks, face masks, caps or other products for personal use) are not allowed.

  • The exchange of a product can be made up to thirty (30) days after your purchase is made (Billing Date).

What is the process?

1. Once you contact us, we reserve the clothes you want.

2. We will schedule the collection of your clothes at the address you give us, the value of the freight must be assumed by you.

3. When the clothes arrive, we will verify that everything is fine and we will send you the new item. The cost of shipping to your home is up to you.

4. If you must pay any surplus or have a balance in favor, we will send you all the information to your email or WhatsApp

5. If the clothing you sent us does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to not make the exchange.

Important: if the carriers with which we have an agreement are not picking up packages in your area, you can give us an alternative address or send us the clothes yourself, in this case WeedGreen® does not assume the shipping costs

Changes do not apply when there are promotions in the store

WARRANTY POLICIES

To return a product under warranty, the garment can be used, without marks and without tags. The products will have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The product must not be modified by the buyer or altered from its original state, and must also be in good condition and clean.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR WARRANTY?

To redeem this coupon, the value loaded to the code ($) must be spent in a single transaction.

The product must be properly packaged. Use packaging that protects the product during the transportation process.

In this case, the shipping cost is borne by WeedGreen®. Remember that a product warranty claim can be made up to thirty (30) days after your purchase is made (Billing Date). If the defect does not meet the conditions of warranty returns, we will inform you via email of the reason why we do not make the return and the product will be sent again to the initial delivery address.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

We would like to draw your attention to the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels as we will not be responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect handling or use of the products, including use contrary to instructions.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT THAT ARRIVED WAS NOT THE ONE YOU PURCHASED?

In the event that you have received an incorrect delivery, that is, the product that arrived does not match the one you purchased, you must follow the following steps so that you can receive the product you ordered:

2. We will schedule the pickup of your product, shipping costs will be assumed by WeedGreen®

3. The product must be unused, clean, with labels and labels, in perfect condition (original packaging) and properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transportation process.

4. Once the product is collected, if it meets the aforementioned conditions, you will receive your correct order between 2 and 5 business days.**

5. If your product is not available, we will contact you to refund the money equivalent to the purchased product.

6. We will always ask for the person who placed the order. If they are not available, they will be left at the corresponding address. The products or orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, not necessarily to the person who placed the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

​For money refunds, for reasons of withdrawal of the purchase, the refund is made by subtracting the cost of shipping and the 7% that corresponds to payment platform commissions.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 business days from the delivery of the good or the moment you received the product. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it, it must be in perfect condition, that is, unused, clean, with labels and tags. Transportation and other costs incurred in returning the product to the WeedGreen® facilities will be assumed by the user. In case all the mentioned conditions are met, WeedGreen®. will return the amount equivalent to the returned product or products, the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days. In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of law 1480, goods for personal use (caps, stockings) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

To manage the return of a product due to the withdrawal law, you must do so through our email (servicioalcliente@weedgreen.com). In this case, the shipping cost is your responsibility.

For refund of money by withdrawal law through transfer: It is done approximately within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product in our warehouse.

REFUND OF MONEY

 

The total or partial refund of money for any reason will be made through the same payment method used in the order. This refund takes approximately 30 business days to become effective as it involves banking procedures.

Through transfer: it is carried out approximately within thirty (30) business days after receiving the claim or receiving the returned product in our warehouse.

Through credit card payment reversal: this is done approximately thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse in the case of a claim. In the case of order cancellation, up to 30 days after the customer's request, this time is estimated since it depends more on the times of the banks with which the purchase was made, in such case, the customer must contact with the bank once WeedGreen® has confirmed the purchase reversal process.

For security reasons, the best option will always be to refund the money to the same account that originated the transaction or to the person who made the purchase, that is, whoever is registered on the website.
